Shipping

Most oversized truck accessories ship at a flat rate of $300. Some areas qualify for free shipping—simply share your location and we will confirm available options. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, and tracking details are provided once your item ships.

Heavy items such as canopies, racks, and tents may require freight or curbside delivery. If you need installation, local pickup and fitting can be arranged at our workshop.

Please check your product label upon delivery. If you suspect you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can verify before installation or use.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware included.

Installed or assembled products cannot be returned unless the issue is a verified manufacturer defect.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and photos (if damaged, defective, or incorrect). Approved non-defective returns require the customer to cover return shipping. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered by us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
